Opera Launching New "Ice" Browser for iOS, Android
Opera Ice will take a new approach in web browsing on mobile devices.

Opera really didn't offer anything new to see for the North American

After dual-SIM feature phones and smartphones, it looks like there will
soon be a flurry of dual-SIM tablets in the Indian market. HCL seems to
be foraying in this space with its HCL ME Y3 tablet. HCL ME Y3
features a 7-inch capacitive multi-touchscreen with a resolution of
1024x600 pixels. There is a 1GHz Cortex A9 processor on-board and it
will run on Android 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich) operating system.
